Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Learner Recruiter to join our Apprenticeship Recruitment team. This 360 recruitment position involves sourcing suitable candidates and discovering apprenticeship opportunities with employers. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about education, adept at forming strong relationships, and passionate about creating opportunities for young people.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to identify apprenticeship placements and promote Juniper Training as a reliable partner.
• Engage with young people via social platforms, events, schools, and community links to promote apprenticeship options.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to understand learner aspirations and align them with appropriate opportunities.
• Provide guidance and advice to learners, supporting informed career decision-making.
• Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with program managers and tutors to support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey.
• Work towards measurable recruitment targets contributing to meaningful impact in learner outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably within education or training sectors.
• Ability to attend the Wolverhampton Head Office weekly as required.
• Proven skills in employer engagement and building business relationships.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills suitable for diverse audiences.
• Driven, self-motivated, and dedicated to making a positive difference.
• Proficient with or willing to learn CRM software.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Possession of a full driving license with business coverage and access to a vehicle.
