Opportunity Overview
This role is intended for seasoned consultants or owners of consulting practices who want to broaden their service range and take on larger enterprise transformation assignments. Lean Six Sigma Bureau is building a network of independent consulting partners and is looking for professionals who already serve consulting clients and want to enhance their delivery with accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification tools, and support designed for enterprise programmes.
This is a contractor arrangement for established consultants who would like to work alongside Lean Six Sigma Bureau while continuing to run their own business.

Lean Six Sigma Bureau provides accredited Lean Six Sigma training, certification, and operational excellence solutions to organizations around the world. The organization works with experienced consultants to help businesses develop lasting continuous improvement capabilities across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accredited Lean Six Sigma training sessions spanning White Belt to Master Black Belt levels.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement programmes for corporate customers.
- Run workshops, coach project teams, and provide support to executive sponsors.
- Put in place governance structures, project portfolios, and performance management systems.
- Partner with Lean Six Sigma Bureau on assignments that need extra expertise or additional delivery capacity.
- Maintain and grow long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients as an independent consultant.
Qualifications
- An established consulting business or substantial experience working independently as a consultant.
- At least 2 years of experience delivering Lean, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement services.
- An active client base that includes corporate, mid-market, or enterprise organizations.
- Proven results in Lean Six Sigma projects, training delivery, or business transformation work.
- Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder handling, and business development.
- Availability to take on additional client work over the next 6 to 12 months.
Preferred Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.
- Background in delivering transformation programmes.
- Experience building durable consulting relationships with business clients.
