Overview
GROHE, a LIXIL brand, is searching for a seasoned Leader in Marketing & Product Management to propel brand growth and commercial success in the UK and Ireland markets. This pivotal leadership role blends strategic guidance with practical execution in product management, category development, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow the Product Management and Marketing Activation teams, nurturing a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Define clear priorities, development plans, and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Forge and sustain robust customer relationships, identifying new growth avenues and collaborating on joint initiatives to enhance market presence.
- Partner closely with UK&I sales, operations, and European product and marketing teams; advocate for UK&I interests in regional and international forums.
- Oversee the entire product and category lifecycle in the UK&I market, leading introductions, launches, and portfolio optimisations aligned with customer and commercial requirements.
- Offer technical product insights to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Direct market intelligence efforts, including category analyses and competitive benchmarking, to refine pricing, product strategy, and marketing impact.
- Implement customer-centric marketing activation strategies covering brochures, point-of-sale materials, digital content, advertising campaigns, brand awareness activities, events, trade shows, and promotional engagements.
- Manage local website content, ensuring digital platforms uphold brand standards.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in product management, category management, or marketing activation.
- Proven success operating across B2B and B2C channels, ideally within manufacturing or supplier environments.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills with an ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience functioning within an international matrix organisation.
- Skilled in project management, prioritisation, and budget oversight.
- Technical product knowledge is advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on approach, customer focus, resilience, and passion for people development.
Additional Information
- Work location: Heathrow with a hybrid schedule - 2 days in office, 3 days remote.
- Travel: Regular travel across UK&I for customer engagements and occasional trips to Europe.
