Lead Officer, Product, Pricing & Planning

Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Lead Officer to enhance our sales operations, procurement, pricing, and product development efforts. This role is essential in ensuring efficient daily operations while providing analytical and planning support to promote commercial aims and boost Sentosa's appeal as a destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update pricing information while supporting pricing analysis, benchmarking, and basic financial modelling. Review promotional pricing and discounts to ensure alignment with commercial goals and pricing policies.
• Assist with product development planning by gathering cross-functional feedback, monitoring development schedules, compiling market trends and visitor insights, and analyzing competitor offerings. Support the creation of new products, bundles, and curated experiences to enhance destination appeal and commercial success.
• Evaluate and refine interdepartmental workflow processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide general administrative assistance including correspondence management, maintaining filing systems, scheduling, and handling inquiries from partners and stakeholders.
• Manage transactional documents such as invoices and purchase orders, maintain sales records, and monitor sales revenue and campaign results for reporting.
• Support government procurement activities by preparing and coordinating tender documents and managing procurement records.

Candidate Profile

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities; prior experience in pricing analysis or data-driven decision making is an advantage.
• Proven capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of self-discipline with the ability to maintain focus in high-pressure environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic knowledge in Power BI considered a plus.
