Job description
About the Role
Tusk Support Partners is seeking a Lead Follow-Up Executive dedicated to managing inbound leads for a US-based dental clinic. The leads originate from the clinic's website, social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), and other online channels. The primary responsibility is to promptly contact these leads, assess their suitability, and schedule appointments efficiently. This position directly impacts clinic revenue by converting inquiries into new patient visits, focusing on rapid and thorough engagement rather than rigid script adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact via calls, texts, and emails with new leads from the website and Meta Business Suite swiftly, ideally within minutes of lead capture.
- Qualify leads using the provided dashboard and collaborate with the clinic's front desk team to arrange appointments.
- Execute systematic follow-up protocols for leads who do not respond or schedule immediately to ensure no lead is neglected after a single attempt.
- Accurately record each interaction, result, and the origin of each lead in the dashboard for detailed reporting.
- Work closely with the clinic’s front office through email and chat to manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and handling no-shows.
- Report any concerns about lead quality or issues with ad sources to the marketing department.
- Achieve weekly benchmarks related to response times, contact rates, and the number of qualified leads successfully forwarded to the front desk.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient and confident verbal English communication with a neutral US accent, as this role exclusively interacts with US customers.
- Previous experience in US-based voice processes, telecalling, or inside sales environments is essential.
- Willingness to work night shifts five days per week onsite at the office.
- Basic familiarity with customer relationship management systems, VoIP dialer technology, and email communication.
- A sales-oriented mindset characterized by persistence without aggression, capability in overcoming objections, and managing appointment rescheduling for no-shows.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to appointment-setting in healthcare, dental, or medical sectors.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and experience managing or monitoring lead generation ads.
