Lead Data Analyst - Business Analytics and Data Science

Role Summary

The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for providing insightful Business and Product analytics through data evaluation. This role involves serving as a key resource and expert advisor for teams and clients by designing and recommending business strategies and methodologies that effectively address critical business challenges. The position includes conducting business research, experimenting, and devising processes or systems that enhance business performance by identifying optimization opportunities.

Technical and Analytical Expertise

The ideal candidate exhibits strong enthusiasm and expertise in business analytics and effective data visualization. Proficiency in open-source visualization tools such as Power BI and Domo is essential for crafting compelling reports and presentations targeted at clients, leadership, and stakeholders.

Skills required include proficiency in SQL databases, data manipulation, business and data analysis, with knowledge of Python considered a beneficial addition. A comprehensive understanding of A/B testing methodologies and expertise in selecting key metrics to sustain and improve business performance is critical.

Additional Experience

Experience working with contact center (CC) communication channels, digital product analytics, digital transformation initiatives, and Conversational AI optimization across voice and digital platforms is advantageous. Skills in client engagement and managing web data are also beneficial for success in this role.
