Role Overview
This full-time remote position for a Lawyer involves delivering legal support for THRAA | ثراء's investment initiatives and corporate affairs. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of contracts and investment agreements to ensure legal compliance and internal policy adherence. Daily tasks encompass conducting legal research, offering advice on regulatory compliance, evaluating legal risks associated with current and prospective investments, and preparing well-founded legal opinions and documentation. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external legal advisors, assisting with dispute resolution, and contributing to the development and upkeep of legal policies and frameworks that uphold ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to investment, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Experience in regulatory compliance, including conducting due diligence, risk assessments, and ensuring conformity with investment and corporate laws.
- Strong ability to research and analyze legal issues, translating complex findings into actionable business guidance.
- Effective communication skills with the capacity to collaborate across teams and liaise with external counsel and partners.
- Possession of a Law degree (JD, LLB, or equivalent) from a recognized institution and either an active license or eligibility to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
- Prior experience in investment, corporate, or financial services law is advantageous, along with knowledge of regional regulations in growth sectors.
- High ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple assignments remotely in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with digital legal tools and document management systems, and the ability to operate autonomously meeting deadlines.
