Law/Legal Expert - Remote Contract Position

Position Overview

This role invites licensed legal professionals in the United States to contribute their substantial expertise as contractors working remotely. The focus is on leveraging your legal proficiency to assist in training advanced AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world legal insights and evaluations. No background in AI is necessary, but established experience within top-tier law firms is valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed legal analyses across diverse topics of US law, providing expert insights.
• Carry out extensive legal research to support project goals and maintain accuracy.
• Draft, review, and refine assorted legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, and contracts.
• Offer structured feedback on legal text for clarity, precision, and adherence to professional standards.
• Engage in remote collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outputs and resolve complex legal issues.
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in legal content to ensure quality.
• Maintain a rigorous attention to detail to uphold high standards in all deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active US legal license with strong academic background.
• Experience working, currently or previously, at leading US law firms, with comprehensive practice area exposure.
• Proven skills in conducting legal analysis, legal research, and drafting across multiple legal domains.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities demonstrated through legal content reviews.
• Familiarity with remote teamwork and contributing to multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience in quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is advantageous.
