Role Overview
We seek a Creative Producer to consistently develop over 20 top-tier video creatives monthly, including a minimum of 10 videos featuring authentic user-generated content (UGC) creators, aligned with our creative strategy. The position involves ideation, trend adaptation, scriptwriting, production, and stakeholder management within a high-growth startup focused on women’s health impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and generate more than 20 high-quality video creatives monthly by analyzing product specs, performance data, competitor ads, and social trends.
- Craft compelling scripts for UGC creators with strong hooks, storytelling narratives, and clear calls to action optimized for paid social media ads.
- Lead full production cycles for at least 10 monthly videos utilizing real UGC creators, from casting through final delivery.
- Coordinate and manage collaborations with creators, editors, designers, freelancers, and creative agencies ensuring timely and quality asset delivery.
- Review creator and editor submissions, providing constructive, actionable feedback to uphold creative standards.
- Adapt trending and successful advertising formats to fit Mira’s branding, maintaining strategic alignment.
- Maintain organized libraries of creatives, performance insights, and production materials for streamlined future iterations.
- Ensure creatives meet paid social platform specifications and are delivered punctually for campaigns.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects by tracking timelines and communicating progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to integrate product insights, campaign objectives, and performance data into creative development.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in creative production, performance marketing, or paid social advertising.
- Strong portfolio showcasing performance-focused video advertisements, UGC content, or paid social creative work.
- Demonstrated ability to write scripts tailored for UGC creators and direct-response video advertisements.
- Proven expertise in managing creators, video editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies.
- Deep knowledge of paid social platforms including Meta and TikTok, with an understanding of factors driving ad performance.
- Analytical skills to interpret creative data and derive insights driving innovative concept generation.
- Strong project management capabilities enabling handling of multiple productions and consistent deadline adherence.
