Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laundry Manager/Supervisor to oversee our high-capacity laundry facility that handles exclusively guest laundry—both wet wash and dry cleaning—processing up to 10,000 garments daily. The ideal candidate will be proficient in commercial laundry operations, chemical handling, stain removal techniques, industrial machinery, workforce management, and stringent SOP adherence.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and supervise daily laundry and dry cleaning workflows to ensure smooth operations.
  • Guarantee punctual processing and uphold high-quality standards across all garment types.
  • Maintain production KPIs and shift productivity optimizing machine usage.
  • Oversee accurate stain spotting, chemical and detergent usage, and appropriate wash cycles.
  • Refine washing formulas tailored to fabric types, stain categories, and machinery for optimal results.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols for chemical and solvent (Perc/hydrocarbon) handling.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing commercial laundry or dry cleaning plant operations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industrial chemicals, detergents, machinery, and stain treatment procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage production within tight turnaround times.
  • Familiar with factory MIS systems, inventory management, and upkeep of maintenance logs.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language; Kannada is a distinct advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Operations.
  • Experience overseeing the processing of over 10,000 garments daily in a B2C environment.
  • Knowledge of Seitz, Diversey, or Ecolab chemical products and machinery brands such as Forenta, Pony, Sankosha, and Sailstar, including hot press and utility press equipment.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 50,000 INR.
