Role Overview

As a Laundry Attendant at Grand Millennium Al Wahda, your primary responsibility will be to support laundry operations by efficiently processing linens, uniforms, and guest laundry while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment with strict attention to safety protocols.
• Load and unload washing and drying machines carefully.
• Sort, fold, and neatly stack cleaned linens and clothing.
• Examine items to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Handle stains, damages, and special care requirements appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry work area.
• Report any equipment defects or required maintenance promptly.
• Support inventory tracking for laundry supplies.
• Coordinate with team members to fulfill daily operational needs.
• Engage in safety and environmental initiatives.
• Contribute to ensuring guest satisfaction with laundry services.
• Attend required trainings to improve laundry-related skills.
• Follow company policies regarding environmental care, health, and safety to promote the well-being of colleagues and guests.
