Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laptop Repair Technician based in Mumbai, Maharashtra to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in diagnosing and fixing both hardware and software issues on laptops.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot problems affecting laptops efficiently.
• Repair and restore hardware and software issues to ensure optimal device performance.
• Take apart and reassemble laptops to replace defective or worn-out components and consumables.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by attentively listening to customer concerns and resolving issues thoroughly.
• Manage and maintain inventory of repair parts, personal collection of machine manuals, company-assigned laptop, and necessary tools.
• Participate in continuous training programs sponsored by the company or equipment manufacturers to keep up-to-date with latest repair technologies and methodologies.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.
