Key Responsibilities
- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions, repairing or replacing defective components as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance including cleaning hardware and updating software to maintain efficient laptop operation.
- Deliver clear and courteous customer service by explaining technical problems and repair solutions effectively to clients.
- Keep detailed records of all repair activities, parts utilized, and customer communication for documentation purposes.

Compensation
