Position Overview

Located in Auckland, this position is ideal for a junior to intermediate Land Surveyor or Technician with 1 to 4 years of New Zealand experience. The role involves working closely with licensed surveyors, gaining hands-on experience in both fieldwork and office tasks across multiple project types.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a blend of topographical, construction, and as-built surveys.
• Support subdivision and land development initiatives, including set-out and boundary identification.
• Process field-collected data and create survey plans using appropriate software tools.
• Assist licensed surveyors with cadastral activities and managing title documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and various stakeholders to ensure precise survey outcomes.
