About the Position
WSP is looking to appoint a knowledgeable and committed Land Surveyor to lead surveying operations for a major project located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role demands oversight of surveying tasks at the construction site to assure precision and alignment with project requirements.

Role Summary
The successful candidate will perform comprehensive topographic and boundary surveys, create maps and documentation, and work collaboratively with project teams to ensure the project's success.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise surveying activities onsite to maintain accuracy and ensure compliance with project plans.
- Execute detailed topographical and boundary surveys, including generating maps and associated reports.
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to guarantee correct field implementation.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies arising from survey data.
- Keep detailed records of all survey data, such as field notes, sketches, and electronic files.
- Ensure calibration and upkeep of all surveying equipment.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to junior surveyors and staff.
- Participate actively in project meetings, offering updates on surveying progress and findings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in construction surveying.
- Comprehensive knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and software.
- Proficient operation of GPS, total stations, and other survey instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to prepare clear reports.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Meticulous with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Certification in surveying or related credentials will be an advantage.
