About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Land Management Specialist to join our team at Arminus Software in Arunachal, India. This full-time, on-site position requires a bachelor's or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution in disciplines such as Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, Transport Planning, Urban Design, Real Estate Management, Law, or related fields. Candidates with GIS literacy are preferred, though it is not mandatory. For applicants with degrees in closely related fields not explicitly listed, two additional years of relevant experience will be accepted in substitution.
Key Responsibilities and Experience
The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of professional experience in areas including land acquisition, land management, maintaining and surveying land records, conducting GIS-based surveys, management of government land disposals, and real estate operations including marketing.
