Ladies Club Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Ladies Club Manager to lead a dynamic women's fitness club located in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This role requires an Arabic-speaking leader to oversee the club's commercial success and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and overall club performance effectively.
• Boost membership growth through sales, renewals, and retention efforts, including personal training and other revenue streams.
• Analyze key metrics like sales conversion, member retention, attendance, and profitability to guide strategy.
• Mentor and motivate the club staff, fostering a culture centered on accountability and superior customer service.
• Collaborate closely with the Fitness Manager and Sales Team to enhance member engagement and commercial results.
• Ensure outstanding service throughout the member journey from initial inquiry to membership renewal.
• Maintain exemplary standards for staffing, cleanliness, safety protocols, equipment upkeep, and regulatory compliance.
• Generate regular performance reports and offer data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Candidate Profile

• Experience managing operations in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or related service sectors.
• Deep knowledge of membership-based business models, sales, and member retention strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of team motivation and goal achievement.
• Strong commercial insight combined with excellent communication and a proactive leadership approach.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
