Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales area through video surveillance and conduct personal checks.
• Prevent shoplifting, property damage, and other offenses within the store.
• Handle the issuance and processing of criminal reports.
• Escort apprehended individuals to the police authorities.

Required Qualifications and Personal Attributes

• Preferably experience in security services or similar roles; however, career changers are warmly welcomed.
• A clean police clearance certificate and solid knowledge of security technology.
• A strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, and commitment to duty.
• Excellent interpersonal insight and effective conflict de-escalation techniques.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts Monday to Saturday.
