About Allto Construction
Allto Construction Services Ltd is expanding its team and currently seeks experienced Labourers to support excavation and site servicing projects primarily near the Orangeville area. This opportunity offers stable, year-round work with a strong emphasis on safety and professional growth.
Job Details and Benefits
- Competitive hourly wages ranging from $22 to $40 depending on level (Level 1: $22-$30/hr, Level 2: $30-$40/hr).

- Paid training provided with pathways for advancement.
- Work schedule is Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Work locations are generally within an hour's drive from Orangeville, ensuring home every evening for dinner.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum two years of labor experience in excavation and site servicing.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with reading construction plans and operating Trimble GPS equipment considered an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and meticulous reporting.
- Demonstrated commitment to site safety and regulations.
- Possession of reliable transportation and a valid Class G driver’s license is mandatory.
