Responsibilities
- Produce fine baked goods and pastry items including cakes, tortes, desserts, and delicate pastries.
- Prepare creams, fillings, and glazes, adding finishing touches with care and craftsmanship.
- Decorate and present your creations attractively, demonstrating manual dexterity.
- Contribute new ideas and innovations to refresh our pastry offerings.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.
Candidate Profile
- Completed apprenticeship as a Konditor or possess equivalent experience in pastry making.
- Bring creativity, a fine sensitivity, and keen attention to detail.
- Work carefully, methodically, and maintain a strong commitment to quality.
- Be a dedicated team player willing to actively contribute.
- Motivated to grow professionally and offer fresh ideas.
