Key Responsibilities

Preparation of both hot and cold meals for residents
Collaborating closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth workflows within the kitchen
Organizing and supporting catering events, buffets, receptions, and other facility occasions
Managing inventory orders and inspecting incoming goods
Maintaining cleanliness and order in storage and refrigeration areas
Ensuring hygiene standards and quality compliance according to HACCP regulations

Candidate Profile

Completed professional training as a cook/chef with several years of practical experience
Preferably experienced in preparing meals with nutritional considerations, especially tailored for elderly or care-dependent individuals
Familiarity with order management systems
