Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of both hot and cold meals for residents
- Collaborating closely with kitchen management to ensure smooth workflows within the kitchen
- Organizing and supporting catering events, buffets, receptions, and other facility occasions
- Managing inventory orders and inspecting incoming goods
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in storage and refrigeration areas
- Ensuring hygiene standards and quality compliance according to HACCP regulations
Candidate Profile
- Completed professional training as a cook/chef with several years of practical experience
- Preferably experienced in preparing meals with nutritional considerations, especially tailored for elderly or care-dependent individuals
- Familiarity with order management systems
