Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and outstanding guest service consistently.
• Help guests initiate their bowling sessions.
• Handle phone calls and address guest questions.
• Prepare and cook food items accurately following provided recipes.
• Stay informed about active promotions, special offers, and menu pricing.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by regularly checking on food and drink needs, clearing tables, and responding promptly to requests.
• Resolve lane stoppages quickly and efficiently while documenting necessary details.
• Restock and organize supplies for shift transitions and closing.
• Maintain operational records such as communication logs and checklists.
• Keep workspaces clean according to Splitsville's hygiene standards, including trash disposal and floor upkeep.
• Observe all company policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain courteous communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by shift leads or managers.
