Job Overview

- Maintain cleanliness of food processing areas, storage spaces, walk-in refrigerators, kitchen utensils, adjacent corridors, holding areas, and operational equipment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to assigned duty schedules and shifts.
- Carry out all stewarding duties according to given instructions.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage to support efficient kitchen operations.
Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should have vocational training in food and beverage services along with prior experience functioning as a Kitchen Steward. Proficiency in English is required.
