Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Kitchen Porter to assist the kitchen team at The Fox. This role demands physical endurance and adaptability to a fast-paced kitchen environment, along with excellent organizational skills to efficiently manage the designated work station.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, wash, and return pots, pans, plates, and cutlery promptly to ensure readiness for service
• Clean and disinfect kitchen equipment, work surfaces, floors, and walls to maintain hygiene standards
• Properly store all kitchen tools and equipment
• Manage storeroom organization effectively
• Adhere strictly to cleaning schedules and maintain them diligently
• Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly, ensuring recycling procedures are followed
• Follow store internal audit requirements to uphold operational standards

Compensation and Work Hours

The position offers a competitive wage of £13.75 per hour, with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
