Role Overview
We are seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our corporate hospitality division. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily kitchen functions by ensuring cleanliness, aiding in food preparation, and sustaining a safe and efficient workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools thoroughly.
- Maintain overall cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding operational areas.
- Assist with simple food preparation tasks.
- Manage stock movement and proper storage.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and workplace health protocols.
- Provide assistance to chefs and kitchen personnel as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience as a kitchen hand is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A strong dedication to work and eagerness to learn new skills.
- Capability to perform effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Dependability and a cooperative team-oriented mindset.
- Sound knowledge of hygiene standards and cleanliness results.
- Must possess unrestricted right to work in Australia.
