Role: Kitchen Hand (6am - 2pm Shift)

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with fresh ingredients to create appealing dishes, prefer early work hours, and can confidently operate either independently or within a small team setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare all menu items safely and efficiently according to standards.
• Manage stock ordering and receiving to maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure all kitchen utensils and equipment are clean and properly sanitized before use.
• Perform cleaning duties and close the kitchen at the end of the workday.

• Demonstrated ability to carefully follow detailed recipes and preparation guides.
