Mikazuki Riverside, located at 76 Phillip Street, Parramatta NSW 2150, is a casual dining restaurant offering a unique blend of traditional Japanese ramen and fusion Japanese dishes. They seek skilled kitchen staff to help innovate and create differentiated culinary experiences.
Position Details
Opportunities are available for a variety of kitchen roles including ramen chefs, tempura specialists, hot food cooks, kitchenhands, as well as sushi and sashimi chefs with experience. The restaurant welcomes newcomers passionate about Japanese cooking or culinary students. Additionally, applicants with expertise in other regional cuisines are encouraged to apply.
Work Style and Visa Requirements
Positions can be part-time or full-time. Candidates must possess at least an intermediate proficiency in English sufficient for work and hold a valid visa such as Working Holiday, Student, Permanent Residency, or Citizenship. Applicants must be physically fit to perform kitchen duties.
