Job Overview
We are looking for a Kiosk Sales Representative to join a luxury retail environment focused on premium scents, home and workplace fragrance solutions, and high-end diffusers. The role is based in a busy indoor retail location such as a mall or department store and centers on creating a memorable customer experience. You will showcase premium fragrance products, offer tailored scent guidance, and work toward sales goals. This position is best suited to someone who presents themselves professionally, enjoys luxury wellness products, and can connect confidently with demanding customers through excellent communication and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in a friendly, confident manner to build trust and create a welcoming experience.
- Identify customer preferences and recommend products that match their needs.
- Demonstrate products clearly, explain features, benefits, and current offers, and respond to product-related questions.
- Support sales by overcoming objections, suggesting complementary items, and promoting bundles or special deals.
- Use the POS system to complete sales, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately, issue receipts, and ensure correct change is given.
- Maintain organized daily sales records and prepare reports for shift-end reconciliation.
- Keep the kiosk neat, attractive, and clean throughout the day.
- Restock merchandise regularly and arrange displays to encourage customer interest.
- Follow visual merchandising standards and maintain a presentation that reflects the brand.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Take part in promotions and events conducted at the kiosk.
- Share customer insights and sales patterns with supervisors to support performance improvement.
- Provide after-sales assistance, including guidance on warranty and return policies.
- Address customer concerns calmly and professionally, and escalate issues when needed.
- Follow up on customer questions or special orders, where applicable.
- Track inventory levels and report low stock or shortages promptly.
- Help receive, verify, and organize incoming stock deliveries.
- Coordinate with other kiosk team members to ensure smooth handovers and consistent service.
- Submit updates or feedback to supervisors regarding sales results, customer interactions, and operational issues.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail or direct sales is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Solid customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Arabic speaking ability is required.
