Role Overview

The Kids Club Manager will supervise and coordinate daily operations of the children's recreational area, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational environment for young guests.

• Lead and mentor a team of childcare staff, promoting a cooperative and supportive work atmosphere.
• Design and implement engaging programs and activities suitable for various child age groups.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and child protection standards.
• Oversee the Kids Club's financial management including budgeting for supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate documentation including attendance logs, emergency contacts, and incident reports.
• Deliver exceptional service to children and parents, addressing their needs and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to develop holistic family-friendly activities and promotional events.
• Conduct staff training to enhance competencies and uphold high service quality.
• Assess and improve program effectiveness continually.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma; preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in childcare, education, or recreational environments, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification is mandatory.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Creative and enthusiastic in activity planning and implementation.
• Proven ability to manage groups of children with care and effectiveness.
• Comprehensive understanding of child development and best childcare practices.
• Knowledge of relevant local child protection laws and regulations.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and childcare management software tools.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
