Kids Club Attendant

Position Summary

Actively engage guests by encouraging, registering, and scheduling them for various recreational activities, creating an enjoyable and relaxing environment. Inform guests about available facilities and protocols, ensuring adherence to the rules designed for their safety and comfort. Vigilantly monitor recreational spaces and respond effectively to any emergencies, alerting supervisors when guests cannot safely participate. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment and supplies.

Additional Responsibilities

• Promptly report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training and certifications.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidentiality, and safeguard company assets.
• Provide warm greetings to guests, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and offer sincere thanks.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, including phone etiquette.
• Foster positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
• Handle payment processing for equipment rentals, recreational activities, and other related sales.
• Meet established quality standards and perform routine visual inspections and data entry using computers or point-of-sale systems.
• Perform physical tasks involving standing, walking, lifting, carrying, bending, and navigating various terrains and confined spaces as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as reasonably requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent diploma.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.

Required Certifications

• Valid CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Any mandatory recreation equipment certifications as per local regulations.
