Job Summary

We are looking for a personable and lively Kids Club Attendant to become part of our team at UFC Gym in Largo, FL. This role involves supervising children while their parents or guardians utilize gym facilities, ensuring a positive, secure, and stimulating atmosphere that children enjoy visiting.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet Kids Club members and their families welcomingly.
• Create and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children.
• Organize and oversee games and activities suited to children's developmental stages.
• Monitor children's safety at all times within the Kids Club area.
• Uphold all gym policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Keep the Kids Club clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Engage with parents to provide updates on their child’s experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in childcare roles such as daycare teacher or provider is advantageous.
• Demonstrates enthusiasm, friendliness, and patience in interactions.
• Strong skills in organization, communication, and managing time effectively.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR required.
