Role Overview
This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children at the Kids Club. The attendant will support daily operations, organize activities, and help deliver a high level of guest satisfaction while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and teamwork standards.
Key Duties
- Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to children at all times
- Oversee and coordinate all Kids Club activities
- Organize and host birthday celebrations and special events
- Develop fresh arts and crafts activities for children
- Prepare ideas and activities for summer camps, Halloween events, and Christmas celebrations, and carry them out according to the schedule
- Train new team members on daily Kids Club operations and encourage effective teamwork
- Escalate incidents, guest feedback, and comments to the Kids Club supervisor
- Monitor arts and crafts inventory and report low stock levels
- Keep all areas tidy, clean, and safe for children
- Ensure all Kids Club attendants follow established procedures
- Create wall and window artwork for the Kids Club
- Supervise children in the club and safeguard their wellbeing
- Assist the Kids Club supervisor at the reception during busy periods
- Carry out additional duties as assigned
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have strong Russian language skills and a genuine interest in working with children. The ideal person is energetic, imaginative, upbeat, adaptable, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks. The role also requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, reliability, responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on children’s needs.
