Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the resort’s offerings and maintain service authenticity.
• Inspect children’s equipment regularly to identify wear or damage and make necessary adjustments.
• Manage inventory by collecting supplies according to resort policies.
• Lead and implement daily and weekly programs for children.
• Provide information on facilities, children’s activities, including rules and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s attendance.
• Supervise activities to ensure adherence to safety regulations and manage behavior issues appropriately.
• Promote and create awareness for children’s programs.
• Clean and maintain children’s equipment, vehicles, and play areas.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests and children, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Address customer complaints when possible, or escalate to supervisors.
• Explain and enforce safety device usage among children.
• Consistently maintain professionalism representing the hotel’s image.
• Be punctual, courteous, and efficient with guests, children, and colleagues.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and babysitting duties as directed.
• Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and behavior.
• Offer suggestions to improve resort services and perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of child safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact warmly and engagingly with children across various age groups.
• Basic English skills required; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations preferred.
• Energetic, friendly, and enthusiastic personality.
• Patient, caring, and approachable to ensure children’s well-being.
• Responsible and attentive to child safety at all times.
• Creative in designing enjoyable and educational activities for children.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.
