Role Summary

This position is for an energetic and caring Kids Club Attendant who can help deliver a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for children. The role focuses on supporting daily activities, supervising young guests, and contributing to a welcoming space where children can play, learn, and feel secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of activities, games, and learning-based programs suited to different age groups.
• Keep the Kids Club environment clean, safe, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Watch over children closely and maintain strong safety awareness throughout all activities.
• Work with Kids Club Counselors to carry out daily routines and special events.
• Communicate professionally and warmly with children, parents, and guardians while addressing questions or concerns.
• Record attendance accurately and manage check-in and check-out procedures carefully.
• Take care of equipment, toys, and supplies, ensuring they are used properly and maintained well.
• Help create a fun, inclusive, and multicultural atmosphere for guests in Abu Dhabi.
• Act quickly and appropriately in case of accidents or emergencies, following established procedures.
• Contribute ideas in team meetings to help improve the overall Kids Club experience.

Requirements

• Prior experience in childcare, camp, or recreational environments is preferred.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping standards and practices is needed to keep the area clean and safe.
• A genuine interest in working with children and creating positive guest experiences is essential.
• Strong verbal communication skills are required for interaction with children, families, and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of child safety and first aid is expected; CPR and first aid certification is preferred.
• Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail are important.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting is needed.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required; additional languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is necessary.
• Physical readiness for active supervision and participation in play is required.
• The candidate must be able to clear a full background screening.
• Adaptability, quick thinking, and creative problem-solving are important for this role.
• A patient and empathetic approach is needed when dealing with children of different ages and backgrounds.
