Kids Club Attendant

Position Overview

The Kids Club Attendant role is focused on engaging guests by encouraging participation in recreational activities, managing registrations and schedules, and fostering an enjoyable environment. The incumbent will provide guest information on available activities and enforce safety rules to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and recruit guests for different recreation programs and events.
• Maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Inform guests about recreational options and facility rules.
• Monitor recreational activities and respond promptly to emergencies following established procedures.
• Identify situations where guests may be unable to participate safely and communicate concerns to supervisors.
• Regularly clean and maintain recreation equipment and supplies to ensure safety and quality.
• Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
• Adhere to company protocols including maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Greet and assist guests courteously, including accommodating individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally both in person and via telephone.
• Support team collaborations to achieve organizational objectives.
• Handle payment processing for rentals, activities, and retail sales accurately.
• Observe quality assurance standards throughout daily operations.
• Complete visual checks of equipment and tools for defects and maintenance needs.
• Utilize computer systems and point of sale terminals to access and input work-related information.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 25 pounds alone or over 50 pounds with assistance, reaching, bending, and moving through confined or uneven spaces as required.
• Undertake additional reasonable duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior work or supervisory experience is required.
• Must hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid.
• Complete any local or state-required certification or training related to recreation equipment or facility operations.
