Role overview
This position is based at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai. What you will do
- Deliver smooth, professional service that meets guest expectations at all times.
- Provide a welcoming, polite, and consistently professional experience in the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Design activities that are engaging, imaginative, enjoyable, and educational for children and teens.
- Recognize repeat young guests, returning families, and VIP visitors.
- Adopt a solutions-first mindset and look for ways to go beyond guest expectations.
- Take part in training and development initiatives.
- Follow all safety rules and never compromise on child or resort safety.
- Help maintain a zero-accident environment in the Kids Club, Teens Club, and throughout the resort.
- Apply childcare standards correctly and keep child safety as the highest priority.
- Check that all club equipment is properly maintained, complete, and working as intended.
- Report faults or maintenance issues promptly to the relevant team and follow up until resolved.
- Work with the Recreation Supervisor to improve processes and daily operations.
- Share operational concerns and quick updates with the Recreation Supervisor without delay.
- Keep the Recreation Supervisor informed about guest comments, suggestions, and issues.
- Plan and run celebrations and special events for children.
- Track operating supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels for the department.
- Monitor departmental costs and contribute to the profitability of the area.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Recreation Management team.
