Role Overview
An opportunity is available for a Kids Club Attendant at a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea area of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on creating a welcoming, enjoyable, and secure environment for young guests through thoughtful supervision, engaging activities, and caring support. The ideal person will bring energy, patience, and a friendly approach to help children have a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet children and their families in a warm, approachable manner to help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Plan and run a variety of recreational and learning-based activities suited to different age groups.
- Keep a close watch on children to ensure their safety throughout play and activity time.
- Stay in touch with parents and provide updates on activities, behavior, and overall wellbeing.
- Help maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized Kids Club space, including toys and equipment.
- Assist with hotel-hosted celebrations, themed events, and special programs involving children.
Requirements
- Background in childcare, children’s supervision, or a similar role, ideally within a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate clearly with both children and their parents.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and lead fun, age-appropriate activities.
- Capability to provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children of different ages.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Preferred qualifications include certifications in childcare, early childhood education, First Aid, or CPR.
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and helping deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Applicants must already be based in the UAE.
