Accountant and Logistics Executive - Industrial Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant and Logistics Executive to join a well-established industrial solutions provider based in Dubai. This position uniquely blends financial management with logistics coordination, ensuring smooth financial operations and efficient supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including invoicing, payment collections, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing various financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Coordinate logistics activities for industrial equipment, tools, and technical materials.
• Handle import and export operations including managing shipping and customs paperwork.
• Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock management of equipment and supplies.
• Track logistics-related costs and contribute to budgeting activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrate prior experience in accounting alongside logistics or supply chain management roles.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation, ideally within industrial or technical sectors.
• Knowledge of Tally Accounting Software will be considered a plus.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office tools and accounting software systems.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination among teams and external partners.

Compensation

The monthly salary package ranges between AED 6000 and AED 7000.
