Role Overview
Minor Hotels is seeking a Kids Club Attendant for Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Anantara is a luxury hospitality brand inspired by Thai culture and known for warm, authentic service across beach resorts, islands, heritage destinations, and major cities. This role suits someone who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences while keeping children engaged, safe, and well cared for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, polished service that meets guest expectations consistently.
- Provide warm, professional, and attentive care at the Tuk Tuk Kids Club and Chill Teens Club.
- Plan and lead activities that are enjoyable, creative, and educational for children and teens.
- Recognize repeat children, guests, and VIP visitors to offer more personalized service.
- Maintain a service mindset that looks for solutions and aims to exceed guest needs.
- Take part in training and development initiatives.
- Place safety above all else and avoid any compromise on child protection standards.
- Help maintain a zero-incident environment within the kids club and across the resort.
- Follow childcare safety procedures and uphold the required standards at all times.
- Check that all equipment is in good condition, complete, and functioning properly.
- Report faults or maintenance issues quickly to the relevant team and follow up until resolved.
- Work with the Recreation Supervisor to improve processes and day-to-day operations.
- Share feedback, operational issues, and guest concerns with the Recreation Supervisor without delay.
- Keep the Recreation Supervisor updated on guest comments and any service-related matters.
- Design and coordinate children’s celebrations, festivities, and special events.
- Track operating supplies and keep enough stock available for the department.
- Monitor departmental costs and support the profitability of the kids club operation.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by the Recreation Supervisor or Recreation Management team.
