Kids Club Attendant

About the Position

Fitness Formula Clubs (FFC) is seeking a committed Kids Club Attendant to join our Elmhurst, IL location. This part-time role involves delivering exceptional service while caring for children and organizing engaging activities in a childcare environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently provide outstanding customer service to members and guests.
• Design and implement structured activities and programs tailored for children.
• Report any member complaints or incidents to management within 24 hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare room, including toys and accessories.
• Adhere strictly to the core values upheld by Fitness Formula Clubs.
• Attend scheduled shifts punctually from Monday through Friday.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Mandatory possession of valid CPR/AED certification.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate of $15.40.

Training and Development
