Kids Club Attendant

Role Overview

As a Kids Club Attendant at Palazzo Versace Dubai, you will be responsible for supervising and entertaining children through a wide range of fun and age-appropriate activities. You will be expected to plan, organize, and lead creative and educational programs such as arts and crafts, team sports, and special themed events, ensuring that each child enjoys a safe, engaging, and memorable experience during their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and interact with children in various playful and developmental activities.
• Design and implement innovative recreational programs focusing on creativity, education, and teamwork.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment by monitoring behavior and well-being within Kids Club facilities.
• Create positive experiences and foster enjoyable interactions for young guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents and guardians, sharing updates and addressing concerns.
• Keep the Kids Club areas, including playrooms and recreational zones, clean and well-organized.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and emergency procedures, including pool and outdoor area supervision.
• Provide assistance in organizing special events or theme parties aimed at children and teenagers.
• Deliver excellent customer service that aligns with the hotel’s standards of luxury and quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in childcare, recreation, or hospitality, especially within resort or luxury hotel environments, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both children and their parents.
• Energetic, imaginative, and committed to creating lasting positive memories for young guests.
• Capacity to stay calm and maintain order in dynamic and fast-paced settings.
• A proactive and enthusiastic mindset with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
