Key responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance, and improvement work on all types of Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific software and advanced tools
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before delivery and prior to handover, maintaining the highest quality standards
• Work closely with colleagues across local and regional teams, sharing experience and helping enhance the service experience
• Prepare for success through training from internal teams on Tesla technology and electric vehicle repair

Required profile

• Hands-on technical experience in vehicle service and repair work in the automotive, aviation, marine, or similar industries
• Relevant certification enabling vehicle repair work in Germany, such as training as a mechatronics technician
• Strong ownership of health and safety concerns encountered on the job
• Good written and spoken German, with the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully
• Comfort working in close collaboration with different people and building strong working relationships across internal stakeholders
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and morning/evening schedules as part of a 5-day week
• Valid EU Class B driving licence
• Valid work authorization for Germany
