Delivery Advisor - Cork

Role overview

As a Delivery Advisor based in Cork, you will lead customers through the final stage of their Tesla journey and make sure the handover experience is smooth, efficient, and memorable. In this position, you act as a delivery specialist, refining the ownership plan where needed so each vehicle delivery is completed successfully.

You’ll be part of a broader sales and delivery team that collaborates closely across tasks. The role calls for strong determination, flexibility, and a team-first approach, all in support of Tesla’s mission to speed up the transition to sustainable energy.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the customer relationship after an order is confirmed and support them throughout the delivery journey.
• Review the purchase plan created by the Tesla Advisor and make any necessary adjustments to secure a successful delivery.
• Build a suitable ownership path for customers who completed their purchase without prior interaction with Tesla.
• Assist customers with financing, trade-in, and registration matters while keeping the delivery process efficient and on schedule.
• Stay in regular contact with customers, set clear expectations, and keep them informed about delivery timing.
• Respond to delivery-related queries and concerns, and work through issues as they come up.
• Make sure all required paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time.
• Follow all internal procedures carefully so revenue can be recognized and cash can be collected without delays.
• Work closely with colleagues across the Delivery Experience and Service teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with the handover process and that any delivery issues are resolved appropriately.
• Carry out vehicle handovers.
• Consistently achieve or surpass delivery goals and performance measures.

This role is aligned to Tesla’s delivery and sales operations in Cork, County Cork, Ireland. It is a full-time, onsite position.
