Role overview
The Cosmetics Company Stores operate as the outlet retail arm of The Estée Lauder Companies. The first UK location opened in 1994 in Bath, and the network now includes more than 20 stores across major designer outlet destinations in the UK, including Bicester Village, Cheshire Oaks, and Gunwharf Quays. The stores feature core brands such as Clinique, Estée Lauder, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty, offering customers a premium beauty shopping experience across skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare.
This position is for a Key Holder who will support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in keeping the store operating smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements
- Experience in retail operations is preferred, especially handling cash reconciliation and store opening and closing duties
- Prior supervisory experience is desirable, including mentoring or coaching team members to meet sales and customer service goals
- Strong enthusiasm and energy for delivering warm, authentic, and personalised customer service
- Availability across different days and working hours is required; work-life balance is valued and availability should be discussed with the hiring manager during the interview process
- Proof of the legal right to live and work in the country is required
