Role Overview

In the medical devices sector, you will work with a diverse range of products that significantly enhance patients' quality of life. Your focus will be on positioning Dexcom's CGM technology as a strategic solution for enterprise and C-suite organisations, aiming to boost workforce productivity, wellbeing, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders (CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, etc.) within large organisations.
  • Lead strategic discussions linking health outcomes with business performance and workforce sustainability.
  • Influence executive decision-makers by presenting compelling value propositions aligned with organisational priorities.
  • Translate Dexcom CGM technology and data into business outcomes such as productivity gains, cost savings, and ROI.
  • Confidently present financial and workforce data to assist executive decision-making.
  • Understand and tailor solutions to align with complex organisational structures and goals.
  • Identify and develop new market segments for Dexcom in New Zealand, crafting account strategies suited to long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and customer feedback to shape broader commercial strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical, Clinical, Legal, Market Access, and Leadership teams to design compelling enterprise propositions.
  • Serve as a strategic partner internally to ensure consistent and credible executive-level engagement.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven success selling complex, high-value solutions to senior executives or C-suite audiences.
  • Strong commercial experience with the ability to conduct economics-based strategic discussions.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, evolving, or emerging commercial environments.
  • Excellent executive communication skills with presence, credibility, and influence.
  • Strong business acumen, capable of understanding financial and organisational drivers.
  • High learning agility to rapidly master and translate innovative technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset motivated by building new business models rather than managing established ones.
  • Purpose-driven, passionate about improving workforce health outcomes in New Zealand.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in medical, business, or related disciplines is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with enterprise and C-suite stakeholders.

Additional Information

  • Travel within New Zealand and Asia-Pacific regions will be necessary to support enterprise engagement initiatives.
  • This role requires working on-site.
