Role Overview

As part of Dexcom's APAC Business Development and Strategy team, you will spearhead regional partnerships and market growth across Asia Pacific. This collaborative role involves cultivating strategic alliances with digital health platforms, hospitals, governments, and healthcare organizations to enhance Dexcom's footprint and ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, establish, and manage partnerships across APAC involving digital health platforms, healthcare providers, and government entities.
• Analyze partnership frameworks and business opportunities to fuel Dexcom’s growth and regional integration.
• Lead partnership project execution from planning through implementation ensuring strategic alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local teams across commercial, marketing, operations, legal, and regulatory functions to operationalize partnership plans.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and opportunities to support digital health and connectivity objectives.
• Provide insights that influence long-term regional strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships ensuring clear communication and cooperation.
• Measure partnership outcomes using data to drive future strategic decisions.
• Support additional business development initiatives and special projects in the APAC region as required.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in business development or partnerships within digital health, healthtech, or connected medical device sectors.
• A strong track record in securing and managing regional and local partnerships delivering business results.
• Deep understanding of APAC healthcare ecosystems including payers, providers, and regulatory landscapes.
• Exceptional project management capabilities and experience working in matrixed organizations.
• Excellent relationship building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a clear focus on executing ideas from concept to completion.
• Data-driven and analytically minded, comfortable handling complex business and technical topics.
• Adaptable and collaborative, thriving in fast-paced multinational environments.

Educational and Professional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 8 to 12 years of relevant industry experience.
• Two to five years in management or partnership roles within healthcare, medical devices, or digital health sectors.
• Experience in regional business development or partnership roles is highly preferred.
• Advanced degree such as an MBA is advantageous.
