Role Overview
Join Unilever as a Key Account Executive based in Mumbai, where your primary responsibility will be to enhance sales and strengthen distribution channels for company products across your designated territory and customer base.
Main Responsibilities
- Leverage 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate environments, ROI evaluation, and distributor management to meet sales goals.
- Drive sales through direct market visits and efficient management of the retail sales (RS) system.
- Evaluate and implement strategies to elevate the company's competitive standing by enhancing customer service quality.
- Engage in negotiations and development of RS personnel, fostering improved customer relationship management and expanding business opportunities.
- Closely track market competitor activities, providing prompt insights and recommendations to branch leadership for strategic responses.
- Regularly assess RS and their sales teams' performance, initiating corrective measures to address operational deficiencies.
- Plan and execute promotional initiatives within budgetary constraints, in coordination with supervisory staff.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Possession of a full-time graduation degree.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, particularly related to ROI calculations and RS distribution management.
- Expertise in retail sales appointment and strategic sales planning.
- Proficient at organizing promotional campaigns and ensuring effective execution.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Bengali is advantageous.
