Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strategic oversight and expand existing accounts and customer networks within a three-tier distribution business.
- Consistently acquire new clients and actively strengthen the company’s market presence.
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to maximize business potential.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and service departments to align strategies and execution.
- Negotiate contract terms and ensure compliance with agreed conditions.
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to continually adapt and optimize customer strategies.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of industry and sales experience in key account management or strategic sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to work.
- High self-initiative and result-focused working style.
- Proficient command of English language.
