Sales Officer for TMT Steel Bar Sales in Tirupati

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Officer specializing in TMT steel bar sales to operate in the Tirupati region. The role requires managing and expanding sales within the designated territory, targeting dealers, distributors, retailers, and end clients like builders and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of TMT steel products throughout assigned areas.
• Establish and sustain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
• Generate business opportunities by engaging with builders, contractors, engineers, and institutions.
• Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets consistently.
• Conduct routine market visits to identify emerging prospects.
• Keep abreast of competitor pricing, activities, and overall market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients, managing outstanding dues efficiently.
• Coordinate effectively with dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams to guarantee prompt deliveries.
• Provide daily sales, market feedback, and visit reports to the Area Sales Manager.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 2 to 5 years of sales experience in industries such as TMT steel, cement, paints, or other building materials.
• Proven skills in dealer and channel management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 based on experience.
