About the Role
Join Kraft Heinz as a Key Account Manager responsible for Foodservice and Industrial Accounts. This full-time position based in Newmarket, Auckland offers a flexible work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment within a globally recognized food and beverage company boasting over 200 leading brands.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tailored business plans for key accounts and regularly assess performance against objectives.
- Identify, target, and secure new client accounts within the Foodservice and Industrial sectors.
- Negotiate and formalize agreements adhering to company policies and budget parameters.
- Ensure communication of standards and commitments to the operational teams and oversee their execution.
- Collaborate internally and with key accounts to develop customized product solutions.
- Continuously monitor account compliance with agreements and take corrective actions as needed.
- Perform all duties in alignment with Kraft Heinz's Food Safety, Environmental, Health & Safety, Ethical, and HR policies and guidelines.
- Embody and promote Kraft Heinz’s core values and contribute positively towards the company’s vision.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, particularly with large retail clients.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and proactive approach within a team dynamic.
- Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred.
